"The Spider's" return to the Octagon is set for Halloween night.

Former middleweight champion Anderson Silva will face Uriah Hall in the UFC Fight Night main event on Oct. 31, UFC president Dana White told ESPN's Brett Okamoto.

A location for the event has not yet been announced.

Silva hasn't competed since a TKO loss to Jared Cannonier at UFC 237 in May 2019. The 45-year-old is riding a two-fight skid and is 1-4 in his past five bouts. Silva's most recent victory came against Derek Brunson in February 2017.

Hall will look to extend his winning streak to three. "Prime Time" is coming off a split-decision win over Antonio Carlos Junior last September, which followed a third-round knockout of Bevon Lewis.

Hall has been at the front of a string of back luck in 2020. He was scheduled to fight Ronaldo Souza at UFC 249 in May, but "Jacare" tested positive for the coronavirus and the bout was canceled. Hall was then set to face Yoel Romero at UFC Fight Night on Aug. 22, but Romero recently pulled out of the fight due to an injury.

Silva and Hall were scheduled to meet at UFC 198 in May 2016, but the former fell out of the contest due to an illness.

Silva's team told Okamoto they're not sure if this will be the legendary middleweight's final bout. Silva reportedly has two bouts left on his current contract with the UFC.

The Oct. 31 event will reportedly also feature a heavyweight bout between former NFL player Greg Hardy and Maurice Greene.
