Khabib's manager: Mayweather is 'begging' for boxing match

While Floyd Mayweather Jr. continues to insist publicly that he's retired, his representatives have apparently been trying to set up a match against Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov's manager, Ali Abdelaziz, told TMZ Sports that Mayweather has been "begging" to fight his client.
"Floyd Mayweather to this day keep begging to fight Khabib. Begging," Abdelaziz said. "Floyd run out of money. I'm telling you, people reaching out to me every week about Floyd to fight Khabib. But at the end of the day, we're not interested ... for now."
In the meantime, Nurmagomedov is preparing to defend his UFC lightweight title against Dustin Poirier on Sept. 7.
