McGregor hints at possible UFC return on Instagram
Is Conor McGregor on the verge of a UFC comeback? His recent Instagram post suggests he could be returning soon.
McGregor recently plead guilty to a single violation of disorderly conduct and had his two felonies dropped stemming from a backstage melee on April 5 at Barclays Center.
The UFC star will not face jail time, and he may be eyeing a return to the Octagon.
The Notorious could be pegged for a blockbuster title fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was on the UFC bus McGregor damaged in April. The bout would have the potential to be the biggest fight in UFC history.
McGregor hasn't fought in the UFC since 2016 when he defeated Eddie Alvarez to become the first-ever champion to simultaneously hold titles in two separate divisions. The 29-year-old was stripped of the lightweight title due to his prolonged inactivity.
