Marcin Held now calls Absolute Championship Berkut home.

The Russian outfit announced Friday on Twitter that it's brought the Polish submission artist into the fold after a UFC stint that saw him drop three of four. The details of Held's promotional debut have yet to be disclosed.

The 26-year-old signed with the UFC in the summer of 2016 on the strength of an 11-3 run under the Bellator banner. He didn't find nearly as much success in the Octagon, dropping consecutive contests to Diego Sanchez, Joe Lauzon, and Damir Hadzovic before eking out a unanimous decision over Nasrat Haqparast at UFC Fight Night 118 in October.

However, the victory wasn't enough to keep Held on the UFC roster, and he now joins ACB with a professional record of 23-7, including 12 submission victories.
