A pair of lightweight submission artists are set to clash on the UFC's upcoming trip to Florida.

Olivier Aubin-Mercier and Gilbert Burns will meet Feb. 24 at UFC on FOX 28 at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla., the promotion announced Thursday.

Aubin-Mercier, a Montreal native, heads to the Sunshine State on a three-fight win streak, the most recent victory coming in the form of a split decision over Tony Martin at UFC Fight Night 116 in September. Aubin-Mercier has submitted eight of 10 professional scalps - with seven of them coming via rear-naked choke - and boasts a 6-2 UFC record.

Burns meets his fellow lightweight in the first fight on a newly inked four-bout deal, one he secured with a second-round KO of Jason Saggo on the same bill that saw Aubin-Mercier edge Martin in Pittsburgh. The Brazilian has alternated wins and losses over his last four and owns a promotional slate of 5-2, with three of those victories coming by way of armbar.

The February bill is as of yet without a main event.
