Eubanks hospitalized, Modafferi to fight Montano for women's flyweight title
Sijara Eubanks was hospitalized Thursday morning and has been pulled from her fight against Nicco Montano for the inaugural UFC women's flyweight title at Friday's "The Ultimate Fighter" finale, the promotion announced.
Semifinalist Roxanne Modafferi will replace Eubanks.
Eubanks beat Modafferi in the semifinals of the "TUF 26" title tournament by unanimous decision.
Modafferi suggested on Twitter that Eubanks' weight cut was the cause of her hospitalization.
I’m excited for the opportunity. I also hope Sijara gets better quickly. A weight cut to the point of hospitalization can be serious. https://t.co/l0pjDgV4mw

Modafferi sports a 21-13 MMA record after a 14-year career. Meanwhile, Montano is 4-2 and has reached the "TUF 26" finale after starting out as the 14th seed out of 16 fighters.
