Albini vs. Arlovski added to UFC Norfolk
Four months after an emphatic debut, Junior Albini is getting back in the saddle.
The 26-year-old Brazilian will lock horns with former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski at UFC Fight Night 119 on Nov. 11 in Norfolk, Va., the promotion announced Friday.
Albini made his first walk to the Octagon last month at UFC on FOX 25, where he dispatched Timothy Johnson by first-round TKO. He's won 10 straight fights spanning five years, with only two going to the scorecards.
Once one of the world's most feared heavyweights, Arlovski now heads to Virginia in dire need of a W, having dropped five straight after kicking off his second UFC stint with four consecutive victories. The 38-year-old owns a professional record of 25-15, including 17 wins by knockout.
Arlovski and Albini sit at 11th and 12th, respectively, in the promotion's heavyweight rankings.
