Bellator president Scott Coker is tapping into the magic from "The Fight of the Century" for his promotion's Madison Square Garden debut.
On Thursday, Coker revealed that the scale used by Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier at the weigh-ins for their legendary first clash on March 8, 1971, at MSG would be put to use at the Bellator NYC ceremonial weigh-ins.
Coker tweeted out a picture of the scale Friday, in all its rusty glory. If his fighters needed anymore motivation to put on a show, literally stepping in the footprints of two boxing giants should help.
