New York Giants receiver Brandon Marshall isn't limiting his fight for mental fitness to his own sport.

With the UFC hosting an Athlete Retreat this weekend in Las Vegas, Marshall was invited to speak about his struggle with mental health and gave advice about how to deal with the battle.

Marshall co-founded a mental health charity, Project 375, with his wife after being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in 2011. He has been an advocate for mental health, regularly speaking at events, ever since.

The Athlete Retreat included a series of bonding and educational events including a talk from Kobe Bryant and a chance to meet former Giants defensive end Michael Strahan.
