Tony Ferguson is looking to take "interim" off his lightweight title.
Following his submission win over Kevin Lee for the interim belt at UFC 216 on Saturday, Ferguson was asked by in-ring interviewer Joe Rogan for his thoughts about fighting Conor McGregor, who has yet to defend his lightweight title since winning it last November.
"Where you at McNuggets? You fucking piece of shit," Ferguson yelled into the microphone. "I'm going to kick your ass. You better fucking come and defend that belt.
"Defend or vacate, motherfucker."
It has been speculated that McGregor will attempt to go for a trilogy fight against Nate Diaz next, though "The Notorious" is likely keeping his options open.
