Some fighters refuse to leave the flashier techniques to the experts.
Clovis Hancock brutally paid for that blunder at Friday's Legacy Fighting Alliance 7, where his laughable attempt at a wheel kick was met with a proper clock cleaner from Nikolay Veretennikov in the third round.
Veretennikov cracked Hancock with a knee and a left hand before finishing the job with a head kick, erasing any doubts he had about ponying up for a capoeira class.
