Watch: McGregor trolls the world with 'special announcement'
In the weeks leading up to UFC 205, Conor McGregor had been teasing that he would make a historic announcement to mark the promotion's arrival in New York City.
As it turns out, it was just an excuse for McGregor to do McGregor.
The reigning featherweight champion already made an unforgettable statement with his stunning second-round knockout of lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez in the main event Saturday, and he took the mic afterward to offer a faux apology to his numerous detractors and anyone he's offended with his own antics.
"I ridiculed everyone on the roster and I just want to say from the bottom of me heart, I'd like to take this chance to apologize ... to absolutely nobody! The double champ does what the f--- he wants!"
Anyone want to argue?
