Ortiz directs homophobic tweets at Sonnen
Bellator MMA is going to have to revoke Tito Ortiz's public speaking and social media privileges soon.
On Friday, the 41-year-old directed a pair of juvenile tweets at rival Chael Sonnen, accusing him of looking at his crotch during an in-cage segment at Bellator 163:

Sadly, Ortiz was actually repeating comments he made on the evening's broadcast, just in case his witticisms were lost on the viewing audience.

For a moment, it appeared he realized how asinine his attempts at an insult were, as he initially deleted the comments, but it turns out he was simply correcting his spelling of "crotch."
Ortiz and Sonnen are set to fight at Bellator 170 on Jan. 21. Fans should hope the former's trash-talking opportunities are limited from here on out.
