Rockhold takes out the trash in style

When you're living the hectic life of a UFC contender, you've got to find ways to save time.

For former middleweight champion Luke Rockhold, that means making an adventure out of garbage day. Rockhold posted a video to Instagram of himself riding a Onewheel down a hill while dragging along a couple of bins for disposal.

Rockhold will look to take out the trash with the same efficiency in his next fight on Nov. 27, when he rematches Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza.
