Watch: GSP impressed by Diaz's 'mind-blowing' win over McGregor

It takes a lot to impress Georges St-Pierre, but even he was in awe at Nate Diaz's unforgettable upset of Conor McGregor at UFC 196.

On Tuesday, the UFC released a video showing GSP's blow-by-blow reaction to the March 5 bout that ended with Diaz submitting McGregor in the second round to hand him his first loss in the Octagon.

"Respect," said St-Pierre. "He took that fight on short notice against the guy who's probably, right now, the most successful guy, (McGregor is) on a run, undefeated in the UFC and he came back from a huge deficit, from a lot of damage and won the fight. Mind-blowing performance. Amazing."

At the time, rumors were floating around that St-Pierre was in-house to issue a challenge to McGregor following an expected victory. Thanks to Diaz, we'll never know if that was the case.
