Jedrzejczyk, Gadelha on weight, scuffle at TUF 23 Finale weigh-ins

The main event of "The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale" is official after strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and challenger Claudia Gadelha made weight for the main event on Friday in Las Vegas.

Sparks flew when the TUF 23 coaches faced off after hitting the scales.

All 24 fighters were on weight Thursday morning in Las Vegas, including TUF 23 finalists Andrew Sanchez and Khalil Rountree, and Amanda Cooper and Tatiana Suarez.

The fighters were brought out in the afternoon for a ceremonial weigh-in and faceoff at the T-Mobile Arena Plaza.

One competitor worth noting is Gray Maynard who is dropping to featherweight for the first time after 15 UFC appearances at lightweight, including two title bouts. He came in at 145.5 pounds to make the limit.
