VIDEO: Frank Lampard's mighty struggle with a rope ladder

Apparently every day in the gym was leg day for Frank Lampard.

While he has worked on transforming his legs into tree trunks for the rigors of a football season, he's now paying the price for years of upper-body neglect. Well, at least that's what a video on his Facebook page suggests.

The Chelsea legend poked fun at himself by posting a video that showed him trying to climb a rope ladder, with zero success.

"I may have an OBE but it seems I can't climb a ladder #sticktothedayjob," Lampard said in the post.
