Giovinco yanked in extra time by Vanney after lacklustre performance

Toronto FC manager Greg Vanney made a stunning decision in extra time of the MLS Cup final, yanking star attacker Sebastian Giovinco in the 103rd minute in favour of super-sub Tosaint Ricketts.
The Italian, who was admittedly poor on the night, was visibly upset as he arrived at the bench, tossing his gloves away in anger.
If the Reds are to capture a first-ever MLS Cup title, they'll have to do it without their pint-sized magician.
