MLS Cup final goes into extra time after dull 90 minutes
Mark J. Rebilas / USA TODAY Sports
The MLS Cup final will go on into the cold Toronto night for another 30 minutes. At least.
After an exceedingly scrappy 90 minutes saw neither Toronto FC nor the Seattle Sounders find the net - the latter didn't even have a shot on target - the contest is heading into extra time.
This is the fourth #MLSCup to be scoreless after 90 minutes (2002, 2005, 2006).

No @MLS Cup has ended without a goal.
It's time for a hero to step forward and etch their name in the history books for one of these two sides.
