The Colorado Rockies have agreed to a minor-league contract with outfielder Ryan Raburn, the team announced Friday.
Raburn can request his release if he doesn't crack the big-league roster by March 28.
The veteran hit .301/.393/.543 with eight homers and 29 RBIs in 82 games for the Cleveland Indians last season.
Raburn will compete with Brandon Barnes and Rafael Ynoa for the fourth outfielder's job this spring.
