After sitting out of a power-heavy lineup in the Wild Card matchup against the Pirates, Coghlan will be reinserted into the lineup to play right field and hit sixth in the batting order against the Cardinals. The 30-year-old outfielder has had some success against starter John Lackey in his career. In 17 at-bats, he's sporting a .471 batting average with a double and two RBI.
