Dodgers' Crawford leaves game with right hamstring tightness
Richard Mackson / USA TODAY Sports
Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford left Saturday's contest with the Arizona Diamondbacks in the fifth inning with right hamstring tightness.
Crawford, who entered hitting .264/.299/.400 with three homers and 14 RBIs in 54 games, just returned to the lineup from a back issue.
The Dodgers outfield has been plagued with hamstring injuries recently: Yasiel Puig and Kike Hernandez are currently on the disabled list with hamstring issues.
Crawford's injury could mean more playing for Joc Pederson, Chris Heisey, Justin Ruggiano, and Scott Schebler moving forward.
