Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier is day to day with a swollen right knee.
Ethier, who fouled a pitch off his right knee Wednesday, is not in manager Don Mattingly's lineup Thursday against the San Diego Padres, but could be available to pinch hit.
Joc Pederson, Carl Crawford, and Scott Van Slyke will patrol the outfield for the Dodgers, who are also missing Yasiel Puig due to a hamstring injury.
Ethier is hitting .293/.369/.485 with 13 homers and 42 RBIs in 118 games.
