Analysis:
The Venezuelan native, who threw to Venezuelan catcher Francisco Cervelli, allowed a double to Pedro Ciriaco but otherwise pitched well, throwing eight of 11 pitches for strikes. Guerra is not expected to work high-leverage situations, but after 10 seasons in the minors, he's finally been rewarded with a stint in the majors.
