Moore (elbow) will make a second extended spring training start Thursday and then expects to begin a rehab assignment, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.
Analysis:
At this point, it's looking good that Moore will return by his initially selected mid-June date. The only thing that could hold that back is a major setback, which would be surprising given how smoothly his recovery has gone. When he returns, one of Nate Karns, Alex Colome, or Erasmo Ramirez will be bumped out of the rotation and into the bullpen or the minors.
