Marlins place Cosart on 15-day DL with vertigo

Miami Marlins right-hander Jarred Cosart (vertigo) was placed on the 15-day disabled list Monday.

Analysis:

Cosart exited his start last Wednesday with a hamstring issue, but the issue sending him to the disabled list is reportedly vertigo. Tom Koehler will make his scheduled to start Tuesday in his scheduled turn, while the Marlins will make another move to fill out the remainder of the 25-man roster.
