Moss (hip) ran the bases Monday and continues to progress towards a return to game action, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. "He's been streaking along, actually," manager Terry Francona said. "It's hard to slow him down. He's passing every test they give him. Yesterday, he ran the bases. He's coming quick. I don't know the date he'll be in a game, but it's not going to be really far off."
Analysis:
Moss wasn't expected back until the middle of March but has made excellent progress in his rehab so far and appears to be ahead of schedule.
