Analysis:
Jepsen posted a 2.63 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and .192 BAA in 74 appearances with the Angels last season en route to a team-leading 22 holds. He still has a 3.94 ERA and 1.36 WHIP for his career, however, and did benefit from a .263 BABIP (career .322) and a 79.2 percent strand rate last season, so it makes some sense that the Angels would want to sell high. The 30-year-old will likely slot in as the Rays' No. 2 right-handed bullpen option, behind Brad Boxberger.
