Angels agree to terms with Vinnie Pestano on 1-year deal, avoiding arbitration

The Los Angeles Angels agreed to terms with right-hander Vinnie Pestano on a one-year deal, the team announced Monday.
Pestano will reportedly earn $1.15 million for his services. He was projected to earn $1.2 million through arbitration.
Pestano, who was acquired from the Cleveland Indians in August, allowed one run over 9 2/3 innings pitched for the Halos last season.
