Chicago White Sox right-hander Jake Petricka left Saturday's game against the Royals with arm discomfort, Doug Padilla of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Petricka had only faced two batters before leaving. He was replaced in the ninth inning by Javy Guerra. Petricka had saved five of the past 10 games for the White Sox but was allowing a .333 average to opposing hitters this month.
