Norris joins young arms Marcus Stroman and Aaron Sanchez in Toronto after dominating in five appearances with Triple-A Buffalo, posting a 3-1 record along with a 3.18 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 22 2/3 innings.

Level W-L IP ERA SO-BB

The left-hander was selected 74th overall in the 2011 MLB Draft and is expected to work out of the bullpen.
