Cardinals Kolten Wong leaves game Sunday with head injury; doctors rule out concussion
St. Louis Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong was removed from Sunday's game with a head injury.

Analysis:
Wong suffered the collision while pursuing a ball in the field, requiring some assistance off the field as he walked to the dugout. He did manage to provide his 10th homer of the season before departing.
