PHOTOS: Braves release artist's rendering of new stadium
The Atlanta Braves released a series of artists renderings depicting their future ballpark along with the surrounding plaza.

The new Cobb County stadium, which will seat 41,500, is slated to open prior to the 2017 season, and will be surrounded by a mixture of restaurants, retail and residential properties.
"This is a very early look at how our vision is shaping up and, even though we are still months away from final plans and drawings, we are very pleased with the progress," Braves president John Schuerholz told the team's official website. "The renderings represent the sense of place we intend to create 365 days a year, in addition to a world-class ballpark."
