Juan Oviedo reinstated from 15-day DL

Juan Carlos Oviedo (general soreness) will be reinstated from the 15-day DL prior to Tuesday's game.

Analysis:

Oviedo has been working up his arm strength in minor league rehab appearances but looks to finally be ready to make his 2014 debut. He was knocked around a bit in the minors, so he may not be used in high-leverage situations out of the gates.
