GIF: Yankees SS Derek Jeter gets hit by a pitch during first at-bat of the season

Derek Jeter's farewell tour started in Houston on Tuesday and it appears Astros starting pitcher Scott Feldman tried to endear himself to Boston Red Sox fans, as he plunked Jeter on the forearm in the first game of the shortstop's final season.
The incident occurred during Jeter's first at-bat of the season and happened on the second pitch. Jeter immediately hopped around in pain as the team's trainers ran out to check on their captain.

Luckily for Yankees fans, and Feldman for that matter, Jeter seems fine and remains in the game.
