Analysis:
After spending a year in Japan, Spilborghs opted for a secure broadcasting job over a minor league contract or another foreign deal. He seems to be very popular within the Colorado organization, but his career was rather unspectacular and largely aided by the BAbip-friendly nature of Coors Field. He retires with a .306/.379/.483 Coors Field slash line and a .239/.313/.366 line in all other ballparks.
