TB at TEX: Price cruising as Rays hold three-run lead
Remember those people who suggested David Price's struggles in Arlington over a whopping 16.2 innings were somehow predictive?
Sucks to be them.
The 28-year-old southpaw has allowed just one run on four hits and a walk over five innings, guiding Tampa Bay to a 4-1 lead through the first half of Monday's one-game playoff with Texas.
Price now owns a 2.59 ERA over his last 31.1 innings, dating back to Sept. 10.
