Odor's leg appeared to buckle as it stepped on the plate and collided with the side of Maldonado's head.
Both players were on the ground for several minutes before leaving the field. Odor was helped off but was seen walking under his own power in the dugout shortly after.

Odor hurt his left knee on the play and will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury, the Yankees announced.
Meanwhile, Maldonado tested negative for concussion symptoms, but he suffered a trap contusion, according to Julia Morales of AT&T Sportsnet SW.
Tyler Wade replaced Odor at second base, while Jason Castro took over behind the plate for Maldonado.
