Mic'd up Laureano drops F bomb on live TV: 'Damn, he can f------ run'
Warning: Video contains coarse language
Oakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano agreed to be mic'd up for an in-game interview during the third inning of Thursday's contest versus the Chicago White Sox.
When Eloy Jimenez smacked a double into the gap, Laureano hustled to cut it off and dropped some language you don't normally hear on network television as Jimenez turned on the jets.

The White Sox wound up plating a pair of runs in the inning, and Laureano was busy with the several balls hit in his vicinity while answering questions for the broadcast.
The decision to interview players while playing the field - particularly in a playoff game - has been met with some criticism.
I understand having players mic’d up during spring training games, but having Ramon Laureano mic’d up while playing centerfield in a postseason game isn’t right. Let him play.

ESPN is making Ramón Laureano go on an awkward first date while simultaneously playing CF in a do-or-die playoff game

Few young players are going to say no to a major rightsholder, especially ESPN. They lucked out with Canha having a ho-hum inning yesterday, and Laureano might have taken that into consideration. Someone else needed to say no, talk to Bassitt instead. https://t.co/bJk8AAoB6f

But others, like Minnesota Twins reliever Trevor May just found humor in the whole display.
“Hey man what’s it like being mic’d up?”

*Ball is hit*
Immediately drops an F-bomb.
