With David Price electing to sit out the season, a door is opened in the Dodgers' rotation for May or Ross Stripling. If Stripling gets traded to a more solid situation - as almost happened in February - he should be rostered.

Canning's elbow injury from spring doesn't appear to have been severe, so he reenters the top 50.

Michael Kopech was originally at No. 50, but he has since opted out of the season. Martinez may only have reliever eligibility at first, but he should be in line for starter's innings and will soon regain that positional flexibility.
