Right-hander Blake Treinen and the Los Angeles Dodgers agreed to a one-year, $10-million deal, according to Jeff Passan of ESPN.

There are no incentives or options in Treinen's contract, according to J.P. Hoornstra of the Orange County Register.

The 31-year-old was non-tendered by the Oakland Athletics in early December after he was projected to make $7.8 million in 2020 despite a disappointing 2019 campaign. Treinen authored a 4.91 ERA last season and lost his closing job to Liam Hendriks.

Treinen finished sixth in Cy Young voting in 2018 after accumulating a sparkling 0.78 ERA with 38 saves for the Athletics during an All-Star campaign.

The reported addition of Treinen could help make a solid Dodgers bullpen even better. The club's relief corps finished ninth in WAR last season, according to FanGraphs.
