The St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Atlanta Braves by a score of 5-4 on Yadier Molina's walk-off sacrifice fly to push the NLDS to a deciding Game 5 on Wednesday at SunTrust Park.

The Cardinals tied the game on Molina's eighth-inning single only to win it all in the 10th.

The 37-year-old backstop became just the fourth catcher in MLB history to have 10 game-tying or go-ahead RBIs in the postseason, joining Sandy Alomar, Yogi Berra, and Johnny Bench. He's also the second-oldest player after Jackie Robinson in 1956 to prevent elimination with a walk-off.

Molina was understandably thrilled by his game-winner.

The Cardinals haven't gotten much offense this series outside of that provided by Paul Goldschmidt and Marcell Ozuna, and they continued their hot hitting in Game 4. Goldschmidt, who's batting .438 in the series, drilled a homer, while Ozuna, whose average is up to .471, crushed two long balls of his own.

Kolten Wong got things started in the 10th with a leadoff double before advancing on Ozuna's groundout to set up the winning sac fly.

The Braves appeared to have the game under control before blowing a one-run lead in the eighth. Ozzie Albies drove in three of Atlanta's four runs and Ronald Acuna Jr. reached base four times.

Cardinals ace Jack Flaherty is expected to toe the rubber in Game 5 opposite Braves right-hander Mike Foltynewicz.
