Free agency might be slow this offseason, but the players are continuing to win big in arbitration.

Houston Astros starter Gerrit Cole, Cleveland Indians right-hander Trevor Bauer, and Cincinnati Reds southpaw Alex Wood are the latest players to have won their arbitration hearings, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan.

Players have now won six of the nine arbitration hearings this offseason.

Some players who were supposed to go through the process already avoided arbitration. Colorado Rockies star third baseman Nolan Arenado previously settled for a record one-year contract, while the Philadelphia Phillies inked starter Aaron Nola to an extension on Wednesday.

Only two more hearings - for Detroit Tigers starter Michael Fulmer and New York Yankees right-hander Luis Severino - are scheduled to take place this winter, according to MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.
