Jaylon Kerley, a 21-year-old former food vendor at Comerica Park who was fired from his job and charged after video surfaced showing him spitting on a pizza, plead guilty in his case, according to The Associated Press.

Kerley entered the plea on Wednesday to one felony count and one misdemeanor count of food law violations and could face up to four years in jail.

His sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 15.

A video of Kerley spitting on a pizza surfaced in late September. Officials determined the incident occurred during a Sept. 21 game between the Detroit Tigers and Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park.

Kerley was tested and showed no signs of having any communicable diseases.
