Marcus Stroman unleashed some harsh words about the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday following a 5-2 loss to the Boston Red Sox.

After Stroman became upset with a reporter for asking him an "irrelevant" question about his time with the Class-A Vancouver Canadians, the 27-year-old called his team "f---ing awful" and "f---ing terrible," according to Steve Buffery of the Toronto Sun and Keegan Matheson of Baseball Toronto.

Stroman was handed the loss after allowing four runs - three earned - during five innings of work, which included a first-inning home run to Xander Bogaerts.

The Blue Jays struggled defensively against the Red Sox during their four-game set at Fenway Park, making eight errors.

This isn't the first time the outspoken Stroman has let his feelings be known. He was upset about being snubbed from the All-Star Game in 2017, and there was some tension surrounding his arbitration case this past offseason.
