The worst team in the American League West is open for business.

Sitting 11 games back in the division and 8 1/2 games out of the second AL wild-card spot, the Texas Rangers are reportedly telling teams they are open to trades, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic.

The Rangers have a number of veterans they could look to move, including Cole Hamels, Adrian Beltre, Jake Diekman, Bartolo Colon, and Doug Fister.

Hamels is the most prominent name likely to be dealt, per Rosenthal, but he does have a nine-team no-trade list consisting of the Seattle Mariners, St. Louis Cardinals, Washington Nationals, Houston Astros, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Royals, and Tampa Bay Rays.

The left-hander owns a 3.48 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and 57 strikeouts in 51 2/3 innings. He's owed $23.5 million this season, with a $20-million team option or $6-million buyout for next season.

Texas is on pace to miss the postseason in back-to-back years for the first time since 2013-14.
