Love for Eagles doesn't have Trout thinking about joining Phillies

Don't worry Angels fans, Mike Trout's affection for the Philadelphia Eagles doesn't have him thinking about jumping ship to join the Phillies.

"I love playing in Anaheim," Trout said Tuesday, according to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register. "I have a couple more years on my contract. But I love the city of Anaheim and obviously the West Coast."

The New Jersey native's love for the Eagles is no secret, so it wasn't a surprise to see him at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday cheering on the team in the NFC Championship Game.

With the Eagles set to meet the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII in two weeks, Trout remains undecided if he'll attend, saying he might watch from home with friends and family so he can enjoy the commercials.

Trout did, however, provide his prediction for the game: Eagles 31-24.
