Dodgers' Turner exited Game 4 for precautionary reasons

The Los Angeles Dodgers don't appear too concerned with Justin Turner's health despite his early exit in Game 4.
Turner was lifted for a pinch-runner in the top of the ninth inning and was replaced by Charlie Culberson.
Following the game, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Turner took a ball off the calf earlier in the game and didn't want to push it, according to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register.
He entered the game hitting .318/.412/.614 with four home runs and 14 RBIs throughout the postseason. In the World Series, he's hit .125/.176/.375 across four games.
