Kike Hernandez really doesn't want to see the National League Championship Series go to Game 6.

After smacking his first career postseason home run - a solo shot off Jose Quintana - in the second inning Thursday at Wrigley Field, the Los Angeles Dodgers utility man blew Game 5 wide open with a grand slam off Hector Rondon in the following frame that pushed his club's lead over the Chicago Cubs to 7-0.

With his stadium-silencing blast, Hernandez became the first Dodgers player to launch a postseason grand slam since James Loney in 2008. Hernandez, who was just 1-for-5 in the NLCS prior to Thursday's game, is now also the first Dodgers player to go deep multiple times in a playoff game since Adrian Gonzalez in 2013.
