Maddon goes bananas after umpires reverse call on Dodgers' Granderson

Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon's stressful National League Championship Series reached its tipping point in Game 4.

In a pivotal at-bat in the top of the eighth inning, with closer Wade Davis on the mound tasked with getting a six-out save, he'd get Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Curtis Granderson swinging on a beautiful curve ball.

Or so everyone thought.

Granderson and manager Dave Roberts would plead their case, leading to home-plate umpire Jim Wolf assembling with his crew. Shockingly, the call was reversed, ruling that Granderson fouled off the pitch, giving him another shot. This would lead to an irate Maddon emerging from the dugout, lacing profanities toward the umpires. He was subsequently ejected.

Davis would immediately get his revenge, striking out Granderson on the next pitch, and eventually, escape the inning unscathed.
